Hotell Fjaellet - Bjorkliden (Kiruna)

We stayed at Hotell Fjallet for New Year's and had an amazing time. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights every night from the hotel. The sauna was a nice touch, and we enjoyed hiking in the beautiful mountains. They even provided board games for us to play!

It was delicious, with a wide variety of food options to choose from. the hotel's restaurant also impressed us with its quality and tasty meals. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, allowing us easy access to beautiful mountain hikes and breathtaking views.

The hotel is located just at the edge of hiking up the mountain to view the aurora borealis. There is a good heated small cabin to view the aurora borealis on top of the hill with a panoramic view down the hillside. the location is close to the train station which is convenient.

The hotel lacks proper heating and the rooms are quite cold, making it uncomfortable to stay in during the winter.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel nestled at the edge of the mountain. I always choose this place because it has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find my way on my first stay. It's the perfect place for a holiday with a fitness centre, sauna, and ski facilities.
